BX FR DOPO

Introduction

Product name: 9,10-dihydro-9-oxa-10-phosphaphenanthrene-10-oxide
Abbreviation: DOPO

BX FR DOPO is a Halogen-free reactive flame retardant for Epoxy resins, which can be used in PCB and semiconductor encapsulation an anti-yellowing agent of compound processes for ABS, PS, PP, Epoxy resin, and others. Intermediate of flame retardant and other chemicals

BX FR DOPO  can also used as an antibacterial agent, antioxidant, anti-fading agent, flame retardant, and reactant in synthetic monomers. At present, in the field of flame retardants, DOPO is widely used as a new generation of halogen-free, environmentally friendly, and green flame retardant-modified monomers. DOPO is mainly used in flame retardants, special functional polymers, epoxy resins, luminescent materials, modified materials, etc., especially in the field of electronic and electrical materials. To meet environmental protection requirements, in the copper-clad plate industry, DOPO-type epoxy resins will gradually replace brominated epoxy resins as environmentally friendly materials.
At the same time, polymers modified with DOPO have the advantage of excellent flame retardant modification without the need for further modification. In terms of luminescent materials, DOPO can be used to modify luminescent materials and synthesize a new generation of polymers with excellent thermal stability, flame retardancy and physical and mechanical properties for the manufacture of liquid crystal panels.
