Introduction
TCEP is a halogenated phosphate ester flame retardant and plasticizer, commonly used in flame retardant paints with nitrocellulose and cellulose acetate as substrates, unsaturated polyesters, polyurethanes, acrylates, phenolic resins, etc. It can be used as a soft plasticized flame retardant for PVC.

Application
