BX FR ST50 Sb2o3 substitute in PA/PBT
Introduction
BX FR ST50 is a crystalline-type polymer phosphate flame retardant generated by reacting the high temperature and high-pressure reaction, and is baked by high temperature, high-pressure airflow powder and effective activation treatment. The mixed-use of chlorine or bromine-containing flame retardants significantly increases the synergistic effect with halogen flame retardants, accelerates the capture of free radicals, promotes the interruption of chain reactions in the combustion, and greatly improves the formation of expansion coke layer in high-temperature combustion, It plays the role of heat insulation and isolation of the air, slows down the heat disintegration, and has effective flame retardant effects. Its mainly designed to replace antimony Trioxide in PA and PBT, also antimony free.
