Antimony Trioxide Replacement BX FR PVC ST
Introduction
BX FR PVC ST series is a new type of antimony trioxide replacement flame retardant compounded with activated environmentally friendly flame retardant. It is a white powder and has an excellent flame-retardant effect when used in PVC. It has the advantages of high-temperature resistance, fine particle size and good dispersibility. Widely used in PVC cables, wire materials, PVC coatings, PVC artificial leather, etc. Baoxu antimony trioxide Replacements name is BX FR PVC ST, which is mainly designed for PVC(wire, cable, etc.), but also can be applied in polypropylene, polyethylene, ABS, HIPS, nylon, PBT, UPE, and epoxy applications.
Antimony Trioxide Replacements Features:
- Excellent flame retardant effect. Adding 3-6 parts to PVC can reach UL94-V0 (2mm);
- Reduce the generation of molten droplets during combustion;
- whiteness can reach the whiteness of antimony trioxide ≥95%;
- Meet environmental protection requirements.

Differences between baoxu antimony trioxide replacements:
- Addition amount: 3 parts of PVC-ST3, 4 parts of PVC-ST4, and 6 parts of PVC-ST6 can reach UL94-V0 (2mm) in PVC;
- Price: PVC-ST6 is better than PVC-ST4 and PVC-ST3, but both are much lower than the price of antimony trioxide
- These products do contain antimony ingredients inside.
