Features and Application
Environmentally friendly, non-toxic and non-heavy metal; good initial coloring inhibition effect, good long-term stability, Congo red time (C.R) greater than 120min; excellent electrical properties, good dispersion, good vulcanization resistance; good processing performance. This product is suitable for black and colored products.
BX CZ-3112 is recommended for soft and environmentally friendly PVC materials: wire and cable materials, films, artificial leather and other products. It can be used to produce UL70-105, J-70, H-70, J-90, H-90 wire and cable materials, 125-degree charging cables, etc. SGS inspection complies with EN71, EN1122, and EPA 3050B series environmental standards.
Typical Formula
Black products is proposed to add 3-4phr, color products recommended 4-5phr. The production formula recommended that less chlorinated paraffin is appropriate.
