Application:
PUR 67 is particularly suitable for the stabilization of polyols used for the manufacturer of PUR flexible foams. PUR 67 can also be added with additional antioxidant stabilizers (e.g. phosphites) and/or light stabilizers (e.g. HALS, UVA). PUR 67 exhibits good resistance to scorch, fogging, and textile staining. It particularly confers outstanding resistance to foam discoloration after gas and/or light exposure. In slabstock polyol applications, the concentration of PUR 67 ranges between 0.4% and 0.45% depending on the degree of stabilization desired. In molding polyol grades, levels of 0.05% to 0.1% of PUR 67 are recommended.
