Physical properties: Antioxidant 2246 is a white or milky white crystalline powder with a melting point of 120-130℃. Density 1.04-1.09. Soluble in organic solvents such as ethanol, acetone, benzene, petroleum ether, insoluble in water. Slightly phenolic. This product is non-toxic and has good storage safety. It turns slightly red after long-term storage, but it does not affect its antioxidant and anti-aging properties in the use of oil, rubber, and plastic.

Application

Antioxidant 2246 is a general phenol antioxidant, widely used as an antioxidant in natural rubber, synthetic rubber, latex, other synthetic materials and petroleum products, generally dosage is 0.1%-1.5%. This product is a widely used phenol antioxidant, suitable for a variety of plastics, ABS, AS, and natural rubber. Antioxidant 2246 has high heat stability, good antioxidant effect, no pollution, no coloring, no frosting, good oil solubility, not easy to volatilize and lose, and no effect on the vulcanization and plasticity of rubber. It has the characteristics of no effect on the stability of latex and small dosage.

Package:

This product is lined with a food-grade plastic film bag, a white multi-layer kraft paper woven composite bag, and covered with plastic film (waterproof, moisture-proof) packaging, 25 kg/bag.

It should be stored in a special indoor warehouse that is dry and protected from light and must be placed under a cushion to prevent moisture (see the back side of the package for details).

When transporting and unloading this product, prevent rain; avoid direct sunlight; ensure that the drying and packaging bags are not damaged or contaminated by other items. This product must not be mixed with or mixed with toxic or hazardous materials during storage and transportation.

The storage period for this product is 2 years.
