Requirements for Exterior Automotive Plastics

Weather Resistance: For uncoated and non-electroplating parts, weather resistance materials shall apply, for example, AES, ASA, PC/PET etc.

Heat Resistance: Stand heat resistance is ok.

Low-temperature resistance: cracking in low temperature shall be avoided.

Chemical resistance: oil and acid rain resistance is required.

Scratch resistance: materials shall have surface rigidity and low friction coefficient to avoid scratch.
